If you take several products that share an ingredient, check your combined daily total, particularly for minerals and vitamins that carry an upper limit.

What does "dose transparency" actually mean?

It means every active ingredient is listed with its exact amount per serving, with no proprietary blends hiding the individual numbers — and that we publish the places where our amount sits below the research rather than leaving you to assume otherwise. Some ingredients, like L-glutamine and prebiotic fiber, are studied at gram-scale doses no capsule can physically deliver. Our guides print those gaps in the ingredient tables. Using Shuven

How long does it take to notice results?

Everyone is different. Some people notice changes within days, while others feel the benefits build gradually with consistent daily use. Shuven formulas are designed for long-term support, not quick fixes, so consistency over several weeks matters more than any single dose. If you see no meaningful change after 60 days of consistent use, that's a reason to speak with a healthcare provider rather than to add more products.

Are Shuven products safe for daily use?

Shuven formulas are designed for daily use when taken as directed. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Who should not take Shuven Reset?

Reset contains KSM-66 Ashwagandha, which is contraindicated in pregnancy and can interact with thyroid medication, sedatives, and immunosuppressants. Ashwagandha has also been implicated in rare cases of liver injury, so it should be avoided by anyone with existing liver disease. If you develop jaundice, dark urine, persistent itching, or unexplained nausea and fatigue while taking any ashwagandha product, stop and see a doctor. Can I take Shuven with my medications?

Check with your doctor or pharmacist first. Several ingredients across the line can interact with common prescriptions — ashwagandha with thyroid and sedative medications, ginger with blood thinners, and adaptogens generally with a range of drug classes. None of these are inherently dangerous, but interactions are real and worth a short conversation before you start.
